   discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned and named, and as –
   touching the disposion of all such Real and personal Estate as it hath
   pleased Almighty God to bless me with I give bequeath^&dispose in –
   manner and form following Viz    ——
   Item   Itt is my Will and desire that my whole Debts & funeral –
   charges be duly paid and Satisfied and discharged —
   Item I give and bequeath unto my son James Wroth all the Land
   I now live upon one hundred Acres of the Forest of Dean and one
   hundred and Twenty acres of Warners Levels Containing in the –
   whole two hundred and twenty Acres to him & his heirs for ever ~
   Item I give and bequeath unto my Son William Wroth Fifty Acres
   of Land called Townes Relief and to be in his Morthers Possession ~
   untill he arrives at age to him & his heirs for ever . —
   Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Wroth my
   Negro Woman Dinah and to my Son William Wroth my Negro Lad ~
   Joseph to Remain in their Mothers care and for her use untill they
   arrive at age. ——
   And further it is my Will and desire that my Son James Wroth –
   shallter build a Brick House thirty feet by eighteen with two fire
   places in the same and two Rooms on afloor and finish the same
   at his own Expence and the above house to be placed on the –
   fifty Acres of Towns Relief Bequeathed to my Son William Wroth
   and likewise that my Son James should pay unto my Wife Ann
   Wroth the Sum of fifteen pounds yearly and every year during
   the term of twelve years to be applyed in Schooling my two Children
   Elizabeth and William Wroth, and for my Wife to have a Home ~
   where she now lives untill such time as the aforementioned buildings
   is finished. and set in case when they are Completed she should ~
   refuse to take the fifty Acres of Land for her full thirds of my ~
   Real Estate. then it is my Will that the aforementioned & bequeathed
   fifty acres of Land and the two Negroes should be Void, And Set in case
   my Son James Wroth should Refuse to build the aforementioned house
   at his own Expence then it is my Will and desire that my Son William
