                                                   133.
    In the name of God Amen I Robert Taylor of Kent County
   in the State of Maryland do make this my last Will and Testament
   in manner and form following to Wit Intending to dispose of my Whole
   worldly Estate I give bequeath and devise to Joseph Sill my wifes Son
   all my Joiners tools.  Secondly I give bequeath & devise all my Right
   title Interest and claim to all my Lands which I shall be entitled to
   at the end and expiration of my time of my Service in the Army of
   the United as well as Such as I am to have as part of my bounty from
   the State of Maryland, as such I may hereafter have from the United
   or other States to my wife during her life, as also all other Real Estate
   which I now have for the same term of time ——
   Thirdly after my Wifes death I give all my Estate to her devised, to
   her Daughter Hannah Sill and her heirs for ever. ——
   Fourthly I give all my personal not before devised to my wife during ~
   her life. and after her death it is my Will that Hannah Sill have the
   whole of my personal Estate. Lastly I do Constitute & appoint William
   Briscoe Executor of this my last Will and testament In Witness whereof
   I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this 20th day of May

   the testator as & for his last Will & Testament in the presence of us
   who at his request & in his presence have Subscribed our names as. ~
   Witnesses. Donaldson Yeates, Benjamin Torry, Benjamin Briscoe —
   June 18th. 1785 Then came Benj. Torry & Benjamin Briscoe two of the Subscribing
   Witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Robert Taylor late of Kent
   County deced, and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God
   that they did see the Testator herein named Sign & Seal this Will, And that
   they heard him publish pronounce & declare the same to be his last Will
   And Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their
   apprehensions of Sound disposing mind Memory & Understanding, And that
   Donaldson Yeates the other Subscribing Witness was present at the same –
   time & Signed his name as a Witness to this Will together with the deponts.
   in the presence, and at the Request of the Testator and in the presence of
   each other . —
