    In the name of God Amen I William Forman of Kent
   County Cordwainer being of Sound & perfect mind & memory
   do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner &
   form following, that is to say I bequeath my Soul into the hands of
   him that gave it, and my Body to be decently buried as my Exers-
   hereafter mentioned shall think fit. Imprimis. I give & bequeath
                                                                                      son of John Foreman
   my whole Estate Real & personal to William Foreman ^ Wheel Wright
   after the payment of my Just debts, to him the said William &
   his heirs for ever, And lastly I do hereby appoint & ordain ~
   Capt. Josias Johnston and Capt. Phillip Read my whole & Sole
   Executors of this my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof –
   I have hereunto put my Hand and Affixed my Seal this 4th. day –
   of June in the year 1785 —

   William Forman the Testator as                 William Fore    {seal}
   his last Will & Testament in the                                   man
   presence of us ——
   Anthony Banning, William Forman, John Foreman
   doubts arising whether John Foremans Evidence might be good in Law on
   Account of his being the Father of the Legatee, the testator William
   Foreman again Acknowledged the within to be Signed & Sealed by him +
   declared it to be his last Will & Testament in presence of —
   William Clark Harkness. —
   June 8th. 1785 Then came Anthony Baning William Foreman & John Foreman
   the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of Wm. Foreman
   late of Kent Coty deced & Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God –
   that they did see the Testator herein named Sign & Seal this Will & heard him publish
   pronounce & declare the same to be his last Will & Testament, and that he was at the
   same time of sound disposing mind memory & Understanding, and that they
                                                     as Witneses
   Respectively Subscribed their names^to this Will in the presence & at the Request
   of the Testator and in the presence of each other ——
