131 and in such case my desire is that my said Lands be sold to the - best advantage, and the money arrising from the sale thereof to be equally divided amongst all my children, And if my said without Heir Son Henry should die divided between my two Sons Phillip and Samuel and their heirs, and as to what personal Estate is not already disposed off by a deed of Gift – bearing equal date herewith, I leave to be equally to be disposed off among all my afd Children.
