   In the name of God Amen I Henry Trulock of Kent—
   County in the province of Maryland being Sick and Weak ~
   of Body but of Sound and disposing mind and memory thanks
   be to Almighty God, and calling to mind the uncertainty of this
   life do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in ~
   manner and form following Viz    ——
   First I resign my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who
   gave it me and my Body to be decently interred at the discretion
   of my Executor hereafter named, and as to what Worldly Goods
   it hath pleased the Lord to bless me with, I dispose of in manner
   and form following Viz    ——
   Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Son Henry Trulock —
   all my Real Estate lying and being in Kent County afsd. and known
   by the following names Viz. Trulocks Adventure and Hales —
   together with all my Right title or claim to any other Land or Lands
   whatever, together with all the buildings & Improvements –
   whatever to the said Lands belonging or appertaining, the said
   Lands &c to be the right and property of my said son Henry and
   his heirs and Assigns for ever, upon the following Conditions &
   Limitations Viz that he the said (Henry) his heirs or Assigns –
   shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the following Sum
   or Sums of money Viz to my Second Son Phillip Trulock one ~
   hundred and fifty pounds common money, to my third Son. ~
   Samuel Trulock the like Sum of one hundred and fifty pounds
   common money to be paid to the said Phillip & Samuel or their
   Representatives Respectively within Six months after they shall arrive
   arrive at the age of twenty one years, and if it should so happen
                                                     Phillip & Samuel
   that either or both of my said Sons^ should die before they come –
   of age as afd, or should leave no Issue, then and in such case –
   the afd Sum of money so as afd to be paid, shall be paid to the
   Surviving children by the said Henry, or his heirs, and if it
   should so happen that my said son Henry or his heirs shall neglect
   or Refuse to pay the several Sums afd & at the times afd, then &
