   Riding Chair Carriage —
    I also give and bequeath to my Brother Benjamin Blackiston the
   following Negroes David, Priss, Isaac and Margeret. after they shall –
   serve my wife Sarah Blackiston untill they arrive at the following –
   ages Viz. Negroe David til he arrives at the age of thirty one years old –
   Negro Priss until she shall arrive at the age of twenty one years old –
   Isaac till he arrives at the age of twenty five years old, and Negro ~
   Margaret untill she arrives at the age of twenty one years old, and it
   is also my desire that my said Brother Benjamin Blackiston may ~
   Manumit each of the said Negroes according to Law, when they each
   arrive at the several ages set for them to serve my wife. —
   after the Legacies and my wifes thirds is taken out & my debts & burial –
   Expences paid I desire that the Residue of my Estate may be equally divided
   between my three Children Richard, John, & Elizabeth Blackiston —
   I also appoint my beloved Wife Sarah Blackiston Executrix of this my
   last Will and Testament Revoking all other Will or Wills heretofore by me
   made In Testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand and
   fixed my Seal the day & year first above Written —

    Signed Seald & Acknowled by the
   Testator in the presence of. ——

   Wm xhis Walls,   John. Blackiston. ~

   May. 20th. 1785 Then came John Blackiston & William Walls two of the Subscribing
   Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of Ebenezer Blackiston late of Kent County
   deced & Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did See ~
   the Testator herein named Sign & Seal this Will, and that they heard him —
   publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will & Testament
   and that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions
   of Sound disposing mind memory & Understanding & that they these deponants
   together with Geo Jackson the other Subscribing Witness within named Subscribed
   their names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence & at the request of the Testator
   + in the presence of each other —
