127 me bearing date the eighth day of May last and Recorded amongst amongst the Records of Kent County as may thereon appear, and which said three quarters of an Acre of Land. I give and bequeath unto my Son James Mouat Anderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever. In – Seal this thirtieth day of November Seventeen hundred & Eighty four Jas Anderson {seal} Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named James Anderson the Testator as a Codicil to the within Will and in his ~ presence and at his Request have Subscribed our names as Witnesses there Robt. Anderson Junr Robt. Ward . Donald Mc.queen May 3d. 1785 Then came Robert Anderson Junr. Robert Ward and Donald Mc.Queen the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within Codicil of the Last Will and Testament of James Anderson late of Kent County deceased, And Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did See the Testator therein named Sign & Seal this Codicil to his last Will and Testament Codicil to his same to be his^ last Will and Testament; that at the time of his so.- doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of sound & disposing – mind memory and Understanding, and that they Subscribed their -respective names to this Codicil in the presence, and at the request of the ~ Testator, and in the presence of each other .
