   Executors of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have –
   hereunto set my hand and Seal this 18 day of May 1784. ——
   Signed Sealed & delivered in                           Abm. Woodland {seal}
   the presence of us.~ John Eccleston,
   Vincent Hatcheson, CatharineherÞmarkCare, AnnherßmarkBroxon
   May 3. 1785 Then came John Eccleston, Vincent Hatcheson, Catharine Care
   and Ann Broxon the four Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will &
   and Testament of Abraham Woodland late of Kent County deceased, And Severally
   made Oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God, that they did See the —
   Testator therein named Sign & Seal this Will, And that they heard him
   publish, pronounce and declare the Same to be his last Will & Testament
   that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of
   sound disposing mind memory and understanding; And that they Respectively
   Subscribed their names as Witnesses to the Will, in the presence and at
   the Request of the Testator. and in the presence of each other ——

    In the name of God amen I James Anderson of Kent
   County in Maryland being at this time a sound & disposing
   mind and Memory do make this my last Will and Testament as
   followeth Vizt. —
   I give and bequeath to my Son John Anderson Twenty eight Acres of
   Land in Queen Anns County called Timothys lott which I bought of Mr
   John Brown of said County as by his deed dated February 19. 1760 –
   and which said twenty eight Acres of Land joins another tract of
   Land called the Rambles and to which my said Son John is Heir at
   Law in right of his Mother to him the same John Anderson his Heirs
   and Assigns for ever. ——
   I give and bequeath unto my^sdSon John Anderson my Negro Carpenter
   called Hazard to him & his Heirs for ever.and Assigns ——
   I give and bequeath to my son James Mouat Anderson one Hundred ~
   and fifty Acres of Land named Harwood lying in Annarundal —
   County formerly the dwelling place of my deceased Uncle James Mouat
   to hold him the said James Mouat Anderson his heirs & Assigns of ever ~
