     In the name of God Amen I David Speer of Kent County
   Maryland being very Sick and weak in Body, but of perfect Sound m
   mind and Judgment, and calling to mind the mortality of my Body. ~
   knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die. do make ordain
   Constitute and appoint this my last Will and Testament, in manner
   and form following, and first of all I give my Soul unto Almighty ~
   God who gave it me beseeching him of his Infinite goodness to take
   to himself and as for my Body I leave it to be buryed in some Christian
   Burial place at the discretion of my Executors. and Concerning what
   worldly Estate it hath pleased God to bless me with after my Just debts
   and funeral charges are paid, I give and dispose of the same in ~
   the following manner. Item as my son James Speer and my Daughter
   Rebecca wife of William Turner [?] has been already provided for I make
   I make no further provision for them in this my last Will & Testament
   nor do I intend them any more of my Estate.   Item I give leave &
   bequeath unto my Son John Speer Fifteen pounds Specie to be paid
   unto him when he arrives at the age of twenty one years. —
   Item I give leave and bequeath unto my Son Samuel Speer fifteen ~
   pounds Specie to be paid unto him when he arrives at the age of ~
   Twenty one years.   Item I give leave and bequeath unto my Son ~
   Andrew Speer fifteen pounds Specie to be paid unto him when ~
   he arrives at the age of Twenty one years. the Remainder of my Estate
   I give leave and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Wife Elizabeth Speer
   during her life to live maintain and Support my two young Sons namely
   George and Robert Speer and at her death the then Remaining part
   to be equally divided between the aforementioned George and Robert —
   Speer or their Heirs I do also make Constitute & appoint my dearly beloved
   Wife Elizabeth Speer and my beloved Son James Speer Executors of this my
   last Will & Testament hereby Revoking & disannulling all other Wills and
   Testaments made by me, and declare this to be my last Will & Testament
   as Witness my hand and Seal this eleventh day of March 1785. —
