   Immediat possession and injoy the same during her life or Widowhood,
   in Lieu of her thirds of my Estate, and at the end of either of her
   life or Widowhood, It is my Will and desire that said House and lott
   in George Town be sold be sold at Vendue and that the money ~
   arrising from the same be given or divided in the same manner ~
   as I have directed for the former part of my Estate in the upper part
   of this my Will ——
   And Lastly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my Brother James –
   Henry to be Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revoking
   and Annulling all former Wills by me heretofore madeing, Ratifying
   and Confirming this and none other to be my last Will & Testament
   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal ~
   this 8th. day of May 1783,   Signed Sealed published & declared by –
   William Henry the above named Testator, as and for his last Will and
   Testament in presence of us, who at his Request and in his presence -
   have Subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto ———

        Marchthe28.1785 Then came John Wright one of the Subscribing ~
   Witnesses to the within late Will & Testament of William Henry late of
   Kent County deceased, and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almgihty
   God, that he did See the Testator therein named Sign & Seal this Will,
   And that he heard him publish pronounce and declare the same
   to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he
   was to the best of his apprehensions of sound disposing mind memory
   and Understanding, and that he this deponant, together with ~
    Wm
   Henry^ Clark, and Thomas Browning the other two Subscribing Witnesses
   within named Respectively Subscribed their names as Witnesses to this
   Will in the presence, and at the Request of the Testator, and in the
   presence of each other. ——
