    In the name of God Amen I William Dillihunte of
   Kent County in the State of Maryland being sick and low in Body
   but of sound disposing mind and memory and Understanding —
   Considering the certainty of death, and the uncertainty   of the time
   thereof, and being desireous to settle my Worldly affairs, and be
   thereby the better prepaired to leave this World when it shall ~
   please God to call me, do therefore make and publish this my
   last Will and Testament in manner & form following that is to say
   first is that my Lawfull debts be paid —
   Secondly I leave and bequeath unto my Sister Elisabeth —
   Dillehunte all the Remainder of my Estate during her Natural
   life and her decease to go to her Heirs.——
   Lastly my Will is that my Sister Elisabeth Delihunty shall be
   my Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament making
   and disannulling all former Wills by me made Rattifying this
   and none other to be my last Will & Testament. ——
   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my –
   Seal this 26 day of Novem. one thousand Seven hd. & Eighty two

   presents us.   Jacob Comegys, Elijah Macay. —
            March 18.1785 Then came Jacob Comegys one of the Subscri=
   =bing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of William . —
   Delihunty late of Kent County deceased, and made Oath on the —
   Holy Evangels of Almighty God that, that he did see the Testator herein
   named Sign & Seal this Will & that he heard him publish pronounce &
   declare the same to be his last Will & Testament, & that at the time of his
   so doing he was to the best of his apprehensions of sound disposing mind
   memory and Understanding, And that Elijah Macay the other Subscribing
   Witness was present at the same time and Signed his name as Witness to
   this Will together within this deponent in the presence and at the
   Request of the Testator, and in the presence of each other
