   pounds common passing money as her full Share of my personal
   Estate to be paid her by my Executors hereafter named
   5ly. My Will and desire is that after my Just debts and funeral. ~
   Expences and my Wifes Lawfull Dowary is paid, that all the Residue
   of my personal Estate be equally divided between my two grand
   children, namely Ashur, and Sarah Semans Children of my Son
   Solomon Semans late deceased —
   6ly. My Will & desire is that all tract of Land called Mill Fork ~
   that I purchased Alexander Mackey shall be sold to pay my Just debts
   to which I give all power to my Executors to sell for that use. —
   7ly. and lastly I do Constitute & appoint my loving Wife Rachel Semans
   my Sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament, also I do intrust my
   said Executrix with the care of my Real & personal Estate until my ~
   Legatees above named shall arrive at lawfull age to receive their Several
   Legacies, In Witness whereof have hereunto set my hand & fixed my Seal
   this twenty fifth day of October Anno Domini 1784. —
   Signed Sealed published & declared in                 Solomon Semans {seal}
   the presents of us ~
   Gilbert Semans, Thomas Boyer. William Boyer. —
   March 4th. 1785 Then came Gilbert Semans & Thomas Boyer two of the Subscribing
   Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of Solomon Semans late of –
   Kent County deceased, and Severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of –
   Almighty God, that they did See the Testator herein named Sign &
   Seal this Will, And that they heard him publish pronounce & declare the
   same to be his last Will and Testament that at the time of his so doing
   he was to the best of their apprehensions of sound disposing mind, memory
   and Understanding; And that they these deponants together with William
   Boyer the other Subscribing Witness within named Respectively Subscribd
   their names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence, and at the ~
   request of the Testator, and in the presence of each other . ——
