   see the Testator herein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that heard
   herm publish pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will
   of their apprehension of sound disposing mind memory & understanding
   And that they Respectively Subscribed their names as Witnesses to –
   this Will in the presence, and at the request of the Testator, and in
   the presence of each other . ——

   Be it Known to all people whom it may Concern that I
   Solomon Simans of Kent County and State of Maryland, being
   at present weak of Body But of sound disposing mind & Memory
   and considering the uncertainty of life & Sences well knowing I ~
   must Shortly put off this mortal Body, do think proper to set—
   My Worldly affairs in order and thereof do make & ordain this ~
   my last Will and Testament, hereby Revoking and disanulling ~
   all other Wills by me heretofore made either in work or Writing –
   and accounting this and no other good and Lawfull ——
   And first my Will is that my Just debts be punctually paid, and the
                                                             therefore
   Residue of my Estate I give & dispose of in manner following. ——
   2dly. I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Rachel Simans my
   now dwelling plantation and Land called Bright Helmston, likewise
   my land called Pierces Meadows during her Widowhood, but at
   her marriage or decease, my Will is that my Grand Son Ashur —
   Semans shall have & enjoy all the aforesaid Lands Excepting to my
   said Wife her Lawfull Dowry in case of her Marriage, and when
   the said Ashur Semas shall arrive to the age of Twenty one years
   of age, the above lands to be then at his disposal him and his
   heirs or Assigns for ever . ——
   3dly: I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebeccah Williams two
   pounds Current passing money as her full Share of my personal.~
   Estate to be paid her by my Executors hereafter named. —
  4thly. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Wood two pounds
