RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THIS SUBSECTION
MAY BE IN ADDITION TO, OR MAY CHANGE OR MODIFY, THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 136 THROUGH 149A OF THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF CALVERT COUNTY, BEING ALSO ARTICLE 5 OF
THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Talbot County - Private Road Maintenance

FOR the purpose of permitting Talbot County to maintain
