(b)  The election districts of Middletown, Jackson,
Catoctin, Burkittsville and Braddock.

(c)  The election districts of Hauvers, Emmitsburg,
Thurmont and Creagerstown.

(d)  The election districts of Tuscarora, Lewistown,
Woodsboro, Walkersville and Johnsville.

(e)  The election districts of Woodville, New Market,
Frederick, Linganore, Liberty and Mt. Pleasant.

13-16.

The county roads board shall hold at least one
[regular] meeting [per month] QUARTERLY and such special
meetings as are called on order of the chairman. [The board
may, within its discretion and by means of an advertisement
in a newspaper regularly published in the county, invite
interested citizens to attend and present petitions and
requests at such special meetings.]

[13-17.

Each appointed member of the county roads board shall
be paid the sum of five dollars per meeting for actual
attendance at regular or duly called special meetings for
purposes of covering expenses incidental to such attendance.
The county commissioners shall each be paid from the funds
of the county roads board the sum of one thousand, two
hundred dollars annually, as compensation for their services
on the board, such sum to be in addition to the compensation
allowed them as county commissioners, as well as one
thousand six hundred dollars annually towards traveling and
other expenses in connection with their duties as members of
the county roads board. The county commissioner members of
the board shall from and after January 1, 1967, receive no
compensation, expenses or other payments for membership on
the board. Each appointed member of the county roads board,
after January 1, 1967, when acting in his official capacity
as a member of such board, shall receive traveling expenses
at the rate of ten cents per mile, in addition to the sums
provided by this section.]

The duly constituted attorney for the county
commissioners is hereby made the attorney for the county
roads board. He shall receive as compensation the sum of
three hundred dollars per annum, plus fees for special
services to the county roads board, as authorized by the
county commissioners.]
