Regulations Article thereof.

AN ACT concerning

The Adoption of the Electrical Code and the method of
amendment thereof clarifying certain provisions of
Subtitle 1 of Title 2 of the Building Regulations
Article of The Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County, Maryland.

FOR the purpose of amending Section 2—201 of the
Building Regulations Article of The Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to provide for the
adoption of the National Electrical Code 1975 edition and
for procedures with regard to amendment thereof and
providing for public hearings and notice thereof in regard
thereto and providing for the repeal of provisions relating
to the deposit of Code books,

Payments to Towns for Streets

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners
to make payments to towns for streets by the repeal,
reenactment and recodification of Section 135-1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland.
