FOR the purpose of repealing certain Public local Laws
of Worcester County which have been determined by the County
Commissioners to be obsolete, unenforceable,
unconstitutional, antiquated, of no desirable purpose,
adequately replaced by other legislation or regulation or
are no longer any practical, legal or social value.

AN ACT concerning

Shorelines

FOR the purpose of recodifying Section 15A of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland,
establishing a fill and bulkhead line and borrow area limit
line as Section 3-101 of Subtitle 1, Bodies of Water, of the
Title 3, Water Resources of the Natural Resources Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland
and repealing and re—enacting, with amendments, Section 15B
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County,
Maryland, providing for the establishment of a Shoreline
Commission, prescribing powers and duties therefor,
requiring permits for certain construction work along
shorelines, prescribing procedures therefor, appeals from
decisions of the Shoreline Commission and penalties for
violation thereof-

and further allowing provisions for agriculture, including
feeding lots, dairy barns, agricultural lagoons, poultry or
