AN ACT concerning

Food Service Regulations

FOR the purpose of repealing, in their entirety, the
Prince George's County Food and Drink Regulations and in
lieu thereof adopting by reference Regulations Governing
Food Service Facilities of the Maryland State Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene and local amendments thereto, with
local permit issuance and enforcement.

BY repealing:

Cemeteries

FOR the purpose of making unlawful certain unfair
cemetery practices and for the protection of the public from
unfair policies and deceptive practices in connection with
the sale of cemetery plots, burial rights, monuments,
maintenance services and the policies, rules, and
regulations governing the aforesaid.
