AN ACT concerning

Swimming Pools

FOR the purpose of eliminating the requirement that a
public swimming pool lifeguard be licensed by the County
Health Officer and to permit the use of water-testing kits
having allowable usage ranges other than those presently
allowed under the County's swimming pool regulations when
the County Health Officer determines that the kits are
capable of monitoring the water chemistry adequately.
