AN ACT concerning

Phosphorus Detergent Ban

FOR the purpose of clarifying the provisions of the
existing ordinance to insure that it is the amount of
phosphorus going into the system that is controlled, by
providing for alternative standards of either percentage by
weight, or weight per recommended use level as the method of
control, and to further clarify the type of tests to be used
to determine whether the established standards are met.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

Sections 19-144 and 19-146,
The Prince George's County Code
(1975 Edition, 1977 Supplement).
