AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments, Section
29-26(b), title "Contents of lease", of Article IV, title
"Landlord-Tenant Obligations", of Chapter 29, title
"Landlord—Tenant Relations", of the Montgomery County Code
1972, as amended, to define reasonable cause for not
offering a two-year lease and provide the requirement that
all lease agreements include a statement informing
prospective tenants of their rights under Section 29—26(b)
of the Fair Landlord-Tenant Relations Act, and to include a
method for a tenant to acknowledge such statement.

Chapter 5
AN ACT to amend Section 48-29, title "Refuse Collection
District", Subsection 48-29 (a) thereof of Chapter 48, title
"Solid Wastes," of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, to state certain legislative findings; to authorize
the County Executive, with County Council approval, to
subdivide the refuse collection district whenever
appropriate to improve service or lower cost, and to
authorize the County Executive to expand the refuse
collection district but only pursuant to specifications and
procedures to be adopted by the County Council in the
Montgomery County Ten—Year Solid Waste Management Plan; to
amend Section 48—31, title "Definitions" of Chapter 48,
title "Solid Wastes" of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, to amend the definition of "Refuse collection
district" to make the same consistent with the foregoing
amendment.

amended, by repealing and re—enacting with amendments the

"Duties generally"; a new Section 27-6A, title "Definitions
Generally"; Section 27-9, title "Prohibited acts"; Section
