"Exempt Service", to change the title of "Community
Development Administrator" to "Housing Assistance

AN ACT to amend Sections 1.210, 1.211, and 1.212 of
Title 1 of the Howard County Code, Title "Administration",
to provide for the addition of a new position entitled
"Police Records Maintenance Clerk" in the County Classified
Pay Plan, to provide minimum qualifications for this
position and to provide a pay plan for this position.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Subtitle
5 "Mobile Home Parks" of Title 16 "Planning, Zoning and
Subdivisions and Land Development Regulations" of the Howard
County Code, to regulate the leasing of mobile homes and
mobile home lots; to provide standards for, and rights,
duties, and obligations of, mobile home park owners and
operators and mobile home residents; to define certain
terms; to provide for enforcement of this subtitle and
penalties for the violation thereof; and generally relating
to the operation of mobile home parks.

AN ACT to enact new Section 18.122A of Title 18 of the
Howard County Code, entitled "Regulation of Discharges" for
the purpose of establishing reasonable rules and regulations
to control the quantity and quality of sewage admitted to
the public sewers, to require certain public sewer system
users to furnish Howard county with data on quantity and
quality of sewage discharged to the public system, to
provide for metering facilities and the maintenance of
records, and to provide for penalties for violations of the
provisions of this Section.
