County Code Title 1 "Administration," Subtitle 3 "Exempt
Service," to adjust the rate of compensation for members of
the Exempt Service.

"Administration", Subtitle 1, "Personnel", Section 1.117 —
Leaves, to amend provisions for military leave, disability
leave, workmen's compensation, and holiday leave.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(ppp) to Title 18 "Public
Works", subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain
lands belonging to Charles W. and Nada M. Barnett; Charles
Nemphos and Jeremiah Early; Mildred J. Edwards; Genevieve A.
Kelly; Pleasant Grove Corporation; Thomas Edwin and Marilyn
A. Steigerwald; and William and Mildred Volckman; the said
property owners being the Petitioners.

AN ACT to adopt the 1978 National Electrical Code, 1978
Edition (NFPA No. 70-1978) by repealing and re-enacting
Section 3.2 09 of Title 3, Subtitle 2, of the Howard County
Code entitled "Standards for Electrical Installation and
Electrical Services Belated Thereto."
