Bill No. 18

AN ACT to delete portions of the "Miscellaneous Exempt
Plan" Sections 1.300(c)(1) and 1.303(e) of the Howard County
Code and re—enacting them as new 1.300(c) (3) and 1.303(g),
providing for the appointment of and compensation of
judicially appointed employees under said pay plan; and to
add to said pay plan as a new employee category the position
of "Soil Conservation Planner" and to provide compensation
for said position.

Bill No. 19

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(nnn) to Title 18 "Public
Works", subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District certain
lands belonging to Donald R. Sewell, Hilaria Friend Cooper,
and Herbert and Grace E. Michael; the said property owners
being the Petitioners.

AN ACT adopting the Current Expense Budget, adopting
the Capital Budget, making appropriations for the support of
the County Government and for the aid of sundry schools and
institutions and for other purposes, for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1979.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Section
3.205(a) of the Howard County Code, Title 3, "Building"
Subtitle 3, "Electrical Regulations" for the purpose of
altering the qualifying period for a Master
Electrician—General license.
