financial intent" to add the Agricultural Preservation
Advisory Board to those covered by the provisions of this

AN ACT to amend Section 18.104(b) of the Howard County
Code for the purpose of increasing the interest rates and
reducing the repayment time on financed mandatory water and
sewer connections.

Salaried Employees," Subtitle 2 "Classified Plan" of Title I
"Administration" of the Howard County Code and further
providing that the effective date of this Act shall be July

AN ACT to amend Sections 1.210 and 1.211 of Title I of
the Howard County Code, Title "Administration", to provide
for the deletion of positions, the addition of new positions
and the revision of existing positions in the County
Classified Pay Plan and to provide for minimum
qualifications for the positions in the job classifications
in Howard County and further providing that the effective
date of this Act shall be July 3, 1978.
