Disclosure Act.
WHEREAS, the Financial Disclosure Advisory Board has
proposed amendments to the Financial Disclosure Act to
comport with the intention of the statute; now, therefore

A TAX RESOLUTION to increase the transient occupancy
tax, by repealing and re—enacting with amendments, Section
11-84 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968, title "Finance and
Taxation," Article X. Transient Occupancy Tax.

Bill No. 59-78
AN ACT to propose that the County Council have the
authority to restore any or all reductions made by the
State of Maryland BUDGETARY PROGRAMS, BUT NOT EXCEEDING THE
PROPOSED TOTAL EXPENDITURES, by repealing and re-enacting
with amendments, Section 709 of the Baltimore County Charter
and to provide for the submission of said Charter amendment
to the voters of Baltimore County.

Bill No. 60-78
AN ACT to create the Department of Aging, consisting of
a Director and necessary personnel and to provide certain
duties, functions and responsibilities as assigned by the
County Administrative Officer, by proposing the amendment of
Section 504, the addition of new Subdivision 11 and new
Sections 542.1 and 542.2 under Division 3. Departments in
the Administrative Services. Article V. of the Baltimore
County Charter, and to provide for the submission of said
proposed charter amendments to the voters of Baltimore
County, Maryland.
