AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1 of Bill No. 81—67, as last amended by Bill No.
135-77, legalizing Supplements Nos. 32, 10-77 and 33, 5-78,
to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition),as prepared
and published by the Municipal Code Corporation,
Tallahassee, Florida, and making it evidence of the law of
Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments, §
17-903(a) and § 17-904 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 9,
"Waterways Improvement Districts", to provide that the
County may accept a loan from the State for waterway
improvement projects; and matters generally related thereto.
