assessment upon properties within the Lake Placid Waterway
Improvement District to secure the repayment of a certain
loan; to provide for the payment of said assessment; to
provide that this Ordinance is contingent upon the adoption
and taking effect of a certain other ordinance; and matters
generally related thereto.

"Classified Service", and to add new Section 1-217(141A) to
said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article; to create the
positions of Erosion Control Inspector I and II and to
establish salary grades and standards for said position; and

Service Award Program", to include the Annapolis City
Volunteer Fire Companies within the Volunteer Firemen's
Service Award Program; and matters generally related
thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 9-204 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 9,
"Finance", Subtitle 2, "Budget", to follow immediately after
Section 9—204 thereof, to provide that the Office of Finance
shall close capital projects under certain circumstances;
and to provide for the filing of certain reports if certain
capital projects are not closed.
