lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed;
to upgrade certain salaries of all employees represented by
the Anne Arundel County Professional Fire Fighters Local
1563, International Association of Fire Fighters
(I.A.F.F.)AFL-CIO-CLC; and matters generally related
thereto.

"Exempt Service", and to enact new Section 1-200(c) in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section repealed; to
provide for salary increases within the Executive Pay Plan;
and matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-606A to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges
and Assessments", to follow immediately after Section 17—606
of said Code, Title and Subtitle, to establish a revolving
fund to permit certain commercial and industrial properties
to make installment payments at certain interest rates for
loans to finance capital facility connection charges, and
generally relating to qualifications, procedures and other
matters relating to capital connection charge loans for
commercial and industrial properties.
