(e) A learner's permit expires [90 days after it is

(c) Each license issued by the Administration:

(1)   Shall be of the size, design, and content
that the Administration specifies; and

(2)   Shall include:
(i) The name and residence address of the

licensee;

(ii) The date of birth of the licensee;

(iii) A description of the licensee, which
shall include the height, weight, and sex of the licensee;

(iv) [If the license is issued for a
4-year term, a] A photograph of the licensee;

(v) The type or class of vehicles that
the license authorizes the licensee to drive;

(b)   At least 60 days before a license expires, the
administration shall mail to each licensee, at the last
address of the licensee shown in the records of the
Administration, notice of the date on which the license will
expire.

(c)   [(1) Each licensee shall have his license
renewed in accordance with the schedule set forth in this
subsection.
