(2)   A licensee whose license expires in 1977
and whose last name begins with letters A through K, shall
have his license renewed for a period of 4 years at a fee of
$6. A licensee whose license expires in 1977 and whose last
name begins with letters L through Z shall have his license
renewed for a period of 2 years at a fee of $2.

(3)   A licensee whose license expires in 1978
and whose last name begins with A through K shall have his
license renewed for a period of 4 years at a fee of $6. A
licensee whose license expires in 1978 and whose last name
begins with letters L through Z shall have his license
renewed for a period of 2 years at a fee of $2.

(4)   A licensee whose last name begins with
letters L through Z and whose license was renewed for a
2-year period shall, at the expiration of that period, renew
the license for a full 4-year period, as provided in
subsection (a) of this section.] THE ADMINISTRATION MAY
RENEW A LICENSE WITHIN 6 MONTHS AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE
WITHOUT REQUIRING A DRIVING TEST.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Deer Hunting

FOR the purpose of requiring hunters to obtain written
permission from landowners, their agents, or lessees
before hunting deer in Worcester County Garrett and
Worcester Counties.
