RESOLUTION (CHARTER) 1978-1

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland to amend the Town Charter of Ocean City, Maryland
to make the office of Mayor of said Municipal Corporation a
full-time position and forbidding the Mayor from receiving
any salary or wages for his services other than the salary
and expenses provided by the Municipal Corporation, and
further providing that expenses reimbursement from honorary,
professional or vocational organizations shall not be
considered as compensation as hereinafter defined.

Worcester County, added.
