AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Code of Public Local Laws

FOR the purpose of legalizing the 1978 Cumulative Supplement
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the 1978 Cumulative Supplement to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Baltimore City, 1969, prepared by the
Department of Legislative Reference of Baltimore City, be
legalized and taken as evidence of the laws purporting to be
contained therein in all the courts of this State, and by
all public officials of the State and its political
subdivisions.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Code of Public Local Laws

FOR the purpose of legalizing the 1979 Edition of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the 1979 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore City, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction
of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and edited by the
Baltimore City Department of Legislative Reference, is
legalized. It shall be deemed and taken in all the courts
of the State and by all public officials of the State and of
its several political subdivisions, to be evidence of the
Public Local Laws of Baltimore City in effect at the time of
publication.
