appropriate for the purposes of implementing this
Order, including procedures concerning times for
reporting, reporting periods, reporting
procedures and contents of reports. Such
procedures shall not impose unreasonable burdens
upon the persons or entities required to file
reports. All reports shall contain as to each
product the following information:
(a) Present and projected inventories;
(b) Volumes received and disbursed during
the reporting period;
(c) Projected utilization and demand of
product; and
(d) Such additional information as the
Director requests.
4. As used in this Order, the word gasoline
includes gasoline, benzol, benzine, naphtha and
any other liquid prepared, sold for use as or
used for the generation of power for the
propulsion of motor vehicles, including any
product obtained by blending together any one or
more products of petroleum with or without other
products, if the result in the product is capable
of the same use.
5. Each Cabinet Secretary is directed to
issue, within 15 days from the date of this Order
such directives and regulations with respect to
the use of State government vehicles as are
necessary to produce a reduction of not less than
10% in the fuel consumed by such vehicles within
his Department.
6. (a) Subject to the provisions of
subparagraphs b and c hereof, in all
non-residential buildings or parts of buildings,
public or private, owned, leased or occupied by
the State; or any county municipality or other
public entity in the State, the thermostats shall
be maintained, for purposes of space cooling, at
not less than 80 degrees in working areas and not
less than 5 degrees warmer, where separate
settings are practicable, in non-working areas
and on nights, weekends, holidays and other
periods where the building is not in regular use
or operation. Systems which operate by reheat
heating and chilling elements shall be managed as
practicable to achieve these limits;
