1886 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 680 in each fiscal year on account of such fees, said amount to the hospital building heretofore provided for, the__grounds thereof and the equipment and furnishings therein, including with new___furnishings and equipment and the acquisition of new equipment not previously considered necessary. After the payment of said sums, the Clerk shall thereafter pay to the Treasurer of North Beach the next ten thousand dollars ($10,000) received in each fiscal year on account of such fees, said amount to be held by the said Treasurer__in a special fund to be used for the purpose of enlarging, easements, franchises or__ other interests as may be authorized for such purpose. The remainder of such funds shall be paid to the Treasurer of Calvert County Hospital of paid. Such payments shall be made over a period of five years, and no payment __shall be greater than Twenty—six Thousand Dollars ($26,000)_in any one calendar year. (b) Any surplus from said funds after application as liquidation of a deficit in the current operating__revenues of the Board of Education of Calvert County as found to exist by the State Department of Education in March, 1953, Thereafter__any such surplus shall be paid_into the General Funds of Calvert County to be__expended for the general purposes of the said county.] [184. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to__operate or permit the operation of any unlicensed amusement machine or device__authorized to be licensed under this sub—title, or to permit any machine or to operate such machine or device.
