Ch. 680

Election Districts

150.

Calvert County is divided into three election
districts, according to their present bounds and limits, in
each of which districts all elections for public officers
shall be held[,] at the place now established by law.

151.

The County Commissioners [are authorized to] MAY
redistrict or increase the number of election precincts in
[said] THE county if in their judgment it may seem needful
and necessary.

152.

The dividing line between the Second and Third Election
Districts of Calvert County [be so changed as to run] IS as
follows:

Beginning at the Lyons, Gibson & Company's Lumber
Warehouse on the west side of the Solomon's Island Road
about six and one—half miles north of Prince Frederick
[thence] THEN following the [said] Solomon's Island Road in
a southerly direction to the intersection of the Little
Lyons Creek Road, [thence] THEN following the [said] Little
Lyons Creek Road until it intersects the present boundary
line between the Second and Third Election Districts of
Calvert County and [thence] with the [said] boundary line to
the Patuxent River.

Electrical Apparatus and Wiring

BOARD OF ELECTRICAL EXAMINERS AND SUPERVISORS

153.

[There is hereby created a] A THREE MEMBER Board of
Electrical Examiners and Supervisors for Calvert County[,
the said Board to consist of three persons,] IS CREATED for
the purpose of examining [into] the qualifications and
capabilities of all persons who are engaged or desire to
engage in the business of Master Electrician as defined in
this subtitle. The [said] board shall be appointed by the
Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate from a
list of five persons submitted by the Calvert County
Electrical Contractors Association[,] for a term of two
years. All members of the Board shall be Master
Electricians who shall have resided, and have been engaged
in the business of Master Electricians, in Calvert County
for a period of three years. Should any vacancy occur from
any cause during the term of any board [as herein provided],
the Governor shall [have the power to] fill [such] THE
vacancy for the unexpired position of the term. The Governor
