AN ACT concerning

Washington County — Zoning Licenses

FOR the purpose of altering the governmental authorities
that have jurisdiction ever certain zoning provisions
for issuing licenses in Washington County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

AUTHORITIES DO NOT HAVE JURISDICTION TO ISSUE THE FOLLOWING

TYPES OF LICENSES:

(I) TRADERS,

(II) CLEANING, DYEING, PRESSING,

(III) CONSTRUCTION FIRM,

(IV) JUNK DEALER,

(V) PLUMBER AND GAS FITTER,

(VI) RESTAURANT,
