(b)(1) The County Commissioners of Calvert County are
hereby authorized to issue the following types of licenses
for the operating or conducting of games of bingo within
Calvert County. All licenses issued pursuant to this
section shall be prepared in triplicate, one copy to be
retained by the County Commissioners of Calvert County, one
copy to be forwarded to the State Comptroller, and one copy
to be delivered to the licensee.

Class NA. Not exceeding seven hundred and fifty

persons,__seating or player capacity with an annual license

fee of three thousand seven hundred fifty dollars.

Class NB. Not exceeding five hundred persons, seating
or player capacity, with an annual license fee of three
thousand dollars.

Class NC. Not exceeding one thousand persons, seating

or player__capacity with an annual license fee of six

thousand dollars.

Class ND, beach. Not exceeding five hundred persons,
seating or player capacity with an annual license fee of
five hundred dollars.

Class NE, beach. Not exceeding one thousand persons,
seating or player capacity with an annual license fee of one
thousand dollars.

CLASS NF, BEACH. NOT EXCEEDING FIVE HUNDRED PERSONS,
SEATING OR PLAYER CAPACITY, WITH AN ANNUAL LICENSE FEE OF
THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS.

(4) A Class ND or Class NE beach bingo license
shall permit the operation of such licensed game WITHIN THE
TOWN LIMITS OF NORTH BEACH OR CHESAPEAKE BEACH from May
first until September thirtieth in any one year only. Each
applicant shall present evidence to the County Commissioners
of Calvert County that he has in effect for the period
covered by the proposed license a public liability insurance
policy covering liability for personal injury to any one

patron__of such game in the amount of not less than one

hundred thousand dollars and for more than one patron in the
amount of five hundred thousand dollars. A CLASS NF BEACH
BINGO LICENSE SHALL PERMIT YEAR-ROUND OPERATION IN THE TOWN
LIMITS OF NORTH BEACH AND CHESAPEAKE BEACH.

(b) (8) (8) (I) No [NA, NB or NC] license shall
permit the operation of any bingo game on any Sunday PRIOR
TO 1:00 P.M.; AND

(II) NO CLASS ND, NE, OR NF LICENSE SHALL

PERMIT THE OPERATION OF ANY BINGO GAME ON SUNDAY PRIOR TO 1

P.M.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
