SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article — Agriculture

5-404.

(E) ALL EXPENSES FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL ON STATE-OWNED
LAND SHALL BE PAID FROM THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979 1980.

AN ACT concerning

County Plans for Water, Sewerage, and Solid Waste

FOR the purpose of requiring that except in Montgomery
County and Prince George's County plans by the Counties
and Baltimore City for water, sewerage, and solid waste
be submitted periodically, instead of annually, to the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
