(6) ALL FUNDS FOR COMPENSATORY EDUCATION

SPECIFIED BY THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE USED TO PROVIDE
COMPENSATORY EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL
EDUCATIONAL NEEDS THAT HAVE RESULTED FROM EDUCATIONALLY OR
ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED ENVIRONMENTS.

(7) THE COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT FOR ANY COUNTY
THAT QUALIFIES FOR THIS ADDITIONAL AMOUNT SHALL SUBMIT PLANS
TO THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT THAT OUTLINE THE INTENDED USE OF
THESE FUNDS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY
THE STATE BOARD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979, contingent upon the taking
effect of Chapter of the Acts of 1979 (House Bill No.
796/Senate Bill No. ).
