that the facts set forth in the completed application form
are true and that he shall submit to the Department every
catch record or other information the Department requires by
rule or regulation.

(2 A licensee may renew a commercial crabbing
OR A SPORTS CRABBING license by completing the form that the
Department provides and certifying that the facts set forth
in the completed form are true.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Sheriff's Department

FOR the purpose of altering the number of deputy sheriffs
and their respective salaries in Cecil County; adding
clarifying language dealing with programs provided by
the Maryland Police Training Commission; altering the
number of clerks; altering the appropriation for
special investigations and employees; providing
individual health insurance coverage for the Sheriff
and the deputies; and dealing with matters generally
relating to the Sheriff's Department of Cecil County.
