HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1073 Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1978 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Commercial Law 12-307. (A) At the time a loan is made, a lender may collect (1) The fees paid to a public official or (2) The title insurance premiums or reasonable (B) A LENDER MAY COLLECT FROM THE BORROWER A FEE NOT 12-614. (b) A holder may charge the buyer the following (1) Subject to the provisions of § 12-630, the (2) If allowed by a court as costs, the official (i) Recover possession of the goods; (ii) Enforce any obligation of the buyer (iii) Realize on any security interest or (3) If no charge was made in the agreement on (4) The amount paid for copies of agreements and (5) Charges permitted by: (i) §§ 12-623 and 12-626 for delinquencies |
