AN ACT concerning

Forests and Parks - Program Open Space -
Baltimore City

FOR the purpose of repealing extending the time limit on the
authority of Baltimore City to use certain Program Open
Space funds for the maintenance and operation of
recreational facilities of the City under certain
conditions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

5-901.

(i) "Total project cost" means every direct cost
attributable to a particular project, including the cost of:

(1)  Materials;

(2)  Equipment;

(3)  Other capital expenditures;

(4)  Acquisition of land including any incidental
cost relating to acquisition of interests in real property,
