registration and mail desk and seating facilities and a
dining room with facilities for preparing and serving
regular meals, where the average daily receipts from the
hire of rooms and the sale of food exceeds the average daily
receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages.[, the] THE
hotel building shall consist of not less than three floors
not including floors below the street or ground level.

(III)  The annual license fee is $1,250.

(IV)  These licenses to be subject to all
other provisions pertaining to beer, wine and liquor
licenses Class B, in force and effect in Prince George's
County, except that any restrictions against the sale of
alcoholic beverages on Sunday appearing in § 103 and
elsewhere in this article [may] DO not apply; and any
alcoholic beverages may not be sold, served or consumed on
the licensed premises on Sunday after two o'clock a.m. or
before twelve o'clock noon.

(V)  NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF §
40, IF THE APPLICATION IS MADE FOR A PARTNERSHIP, THE
LICENSE SHALL BE APPLIED FOR AND ISSUED TO ALL THE PARTIES
AS INDIVIDUALS, AT LEAST ONE OF WHOM SHALL BE A REGISTERED
VOTER OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY AND RESIDING THEREIN AT THE
TIME OF THE APPLICATION.

(VI) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF §
41, AN INDIVIDUAL OR PARTNERSHIP MAY NOT HOLD MORE THAN TWO
CLASS BH LICENSES.

53.

(1) The number of licenses of each class of alcoholic
beverage licenses in Prince George's County may not exceed
the following maximum amounts:

Beer license, Class A........................ 27

Beer license, Class B........................ 13

Beer license, Class C........................ 10

Beer license, Class D...................... [65] 70

Beer and light wine license, Class A......... 23

Beer and light wine license, Class B....... [25] 30 28

Beer and light wine license, Class C......... 10

Beer and light wine license, Class D.... [42] 47 44

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class A. [132] 134 133
