AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverage Licenses - Prince George's County

PG 304-79

FOR the purpose of increasing altering the maximum number of
certain alcoholic beverage licenses in Prince George's
County; making certain specifications with regard to
certain applications for Class BH licenses; limiting
the number of Class BH licenses; clarifying language;
and generally relating to alcoholic beverage licenses
in Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(s) In Prince George's County,

(3) (I) [In Prince George's County there] THERE
is, in addition to the classes provided for, a special Class
B license known as Class BH, which shall be issued only to
hotels[, and for the purpose of].
