State's Attorney - Resume of Facts and Evidence

FOR the purpose of requiring State's attorneys to prepare
and transmit a resume of the facts and evidence adduced
in each case under certain circumstances; altering the
length of time of a sentence that is involved as a
condition which requires a resume; and clarifying
language.
