Unless reenacted by the General Assembly, at the end of
June 1979, and with no further action required by the
General Assembly, this subtitle shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Dorchester County - Powers of County
Commissioners

FOR the purpose of permitting the Dorchester County
Commissioners to regulate fishing and docking and
mooring of vessels under certain conditions; and
restructuring.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 25 - County Commissioners

Section 11C

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1973 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 25 - County Commissioners

11C.

(A) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION APPLY IN THE
FOLLOWING COUNTIES:

(1)  DORCHESTER COUNTY

(2)  SOMERSET COUNTY

[(a)] (B) The County Commissioners IN THEIR RESPECTIVE
JURISDICTIONS [of Somerset County] may regulate fishing from
any county bridge [in Somerset County], including the
limitation or prohibition of fishing.
