A BILL ENTITLED AN ACT TO REPEAL AND AMEND VARIOUS
PROVISIONS OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND
RELATING TO OBSOLETE AND INAPPLICABLE PROVISIONS
THEREIN, AS THEY RELATE TO THE NEW TALBOT COUNTY CODE,
CHANGING THE NAME OF THE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL FOR THE
RETARDED, INC.; ABOLISHING PRIOR SALARY LEVELS FOR
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; ELIMINATING THE AUTHORITY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A CANAL BETWEEN THE HEADWATERS OF OAK
CREEK AND PLAIN DEALING CREEK; ELIMINATING ALTERNATIVE
BORROWING POWERS OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WHICH
EXISTED PRIOR TO ENACTMENT OF THE TALBOT COUNTY
CHARTER; AND TO MODIFY THE SCOPE OF PENALTY PROVISIONS
RELATING TO CAMPGROUND MEETING.

and reenacted, with amendments, Section 69A repealed.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 85—8,
85-13 and 85-17 of Article 23 of the Code of Public
local Laws of Wicomico County (1965 Edition, being
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Election Districts" establishing and
defining the boundaries of Camden and Nutters Election
Districts.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 103
of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Wicomico County (1965 Edition, being Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) titled "Fire
Companies" and such other local laws pertaining to the
subject matter of this Chapter as may have been
heretofore enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
and the Wicomico County Council, authorizing an annual
appropriation not to exceed ((Sixty—five Hundred
Dollars)) EIGHTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,500.00) each,
for the several Volunteer Fire Companies in the said
County and authorizing an annual appropriation of
((Fifteen Hundred Dollars)) TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS
($2,000.00) each, for the several COMBINED ambulance
companies AND RESCUE SQUADS in the said County and
