AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Sections 24-101 (a) (2) and
24-140(a) of Subtitle 24, titled "Subdivisions", of the
Prince George's County Code, 1975 Edition, so as to
establish the Federal Insurance Administration Flood
Insurance Maps as the minimum standard for the delineation
of the one-hundred (100) year flood plain.

regulations relating to construction in the one-hundred
(100) year flood plain.

AN ACT to amend Division 1, titled "Board of Health",
of Subtitle 12, titled "Health", of the Prince George's
County Code, 1975 Edition, as amended, by adding new
Sections 12-101.1, 12-101.2, and 12-101.3, respectively, to
provide generally for the appointment, qualifications and
duties, and removal of the County Health Officer, who shall
be the secretary and executive officer of the County Council
of Prince George's County, sitting as the County Board of
Health.
