AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section 564-4 of Article 23 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County (1965
Edition, being Article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland) titled, "Maintenance of the Aged in
the Community", to be known as Section 564-4 of the
Code of Public local Laws of Wicomico County and to
read as follows:

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 564—2
of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Wicomico County (1965 Edition, being Article 23 of the
Code of Public local Laws of Maryland) titled
"Appropriation - lower Shore Sheltered Workshop, Inc."
and such other local laws pertaining to the subject
matter of this Chapter as may have been heretofore
enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
authorizing an annual appropriation not to exceed
((Fifty Thousand Dollars)) SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($60,000.00) to the Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop,
Inc.

AN ACT to enact Section 564-5 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public local Laws of Wicomico County (1965 Edition,
being Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland) titled "Appropriation - Wicomico County
Humane Society, Inc." authorizing an appropriation of
Twenty-seven Thousand, Nine Hundred, Seventy-five
Dollars ($27,975.00) for current expenses of the
Wicomico County Humane Society, Inc. for the year
1977-1978.
